Wow! Very nice work, the posing and the detail (and the flourescent green =P) gives it a nice touch - actually it reminds me of GunnerRomantic's work, but that's a good thing.
I think it'll look even better if you played around with the light a bit, eg, placing some highlights from the flashes of thunder and perhaps giving the dragon a more dull-blueish tinge. Anyway, very nice work!! :)
